SHORT HISTORY: Cedric Gravier took over the family estate in 1996 and the entire production, which had previously been destined for the cooperative, was instead directed to their newly created wine cellar, with the help of his grandfather.
TERROIR: Calcareous Clay. The estate extends over 45 hectares between the municipalities of the Cadière d' Azur and the Castellet, in the department of the Var in Bandol.
VITICULTURE: Vineyard practices are traditional from gobelet-trained vines to the strict vendange vert which keeps yields low, optimising quality and contributing towards concentration in the grapes when harvested.

TASTING NOTE: Discrete aromas of red fruit with spicy notes. The palate is complex and balanced with notes of spices and citrus, a nice aromatic persistence and flavours of dried strawberry, watermelon seed and peach on the lengthy finish.
