PRODUCER: Azienda Agricola COS was founded in 1980 by three friends: Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strange and Giusto Occhipinti. The acronym of their surnames (Cilia-Occhipinti-Strange) gives rise to the company's name. What started on a shoe-string budget has now turned into a cult-like success story.


TASTING NOTE: A mouth-watering red, with a beautiful tapestry of aromas and flavours including ground coriander

and star anise, cherry, bergamot, rose petal and smoky incense. The palate is elegant with fine tannins lending grip

on the lasting finish.


FOOD RECOMMENDATION: Grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, tapas platter or Caponata Siciliana
