Join us for a beautiful evening of wine and art at Linden House. Guests will be guided through a stunning line up of sparkling wines by expert, Victoria Daskal, and local calligraphy artist, Laura Edralin, will teach you the art of modern brush pen calligraphy.
Swirl, smell, and sip your way through Champagne, English Sparkling Wine and Prosecco while Victoria explains the differences in styles, grapes, production methods and flavours of these classic sparkling wines. Then learn the art of elegant script as Laura teaches brush stroke techniques to add your own personal touch to gifts, events and more.
This course is suitable for beginners in wine and in calligraphy. We have a limited number of spaces so book your spot as soon as possible.
Tickets are £79pp and includes three glasses of sparkling wine, calligraphy pen, and workbook.
ABOUT VICTORIA
Victoria Daskal is a wine writer, presenter, educator, and judge with over 15 years of experience in the wine industry. Victoria is the founder of Mummy Wine Club, an award-winning wine subscription club and wine events company based in London. She specialises in presenting wines from all over the world for private, corporate, and virtual wine events. She has completed a MSc in International Wine Management, and a Diploma from the WSET in London where she currently teaches.

ABOUT LAURA
Laura is a calligraphy artist and happiness facilitator based in West London. In 2017, Laura experienced a period of ill mental health that led her to discovering calligraphy and lettering which has become essential to her wellbeing, and now her business. Passionate about sharing tools to help support wellbeing alongside the powerful benefits of creativity, Laura’s workshops provide a space where you can enter a calming flow state, whatever your creative level.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Linden House is a charming Georgian Grade II listed building renowned for its idyllic riverside location. This 18th century merchant’s riverside house is maintained by the London Corinthian Trust, a registered charity, who through their remit of promoting water sports and the preservation of historic buildings, house the Sons of the Thames Rowing Club and the London Corinthian Sailing Club. It is with great excitement that the London Corinthian Trust wish to extend their social membership program with the view of providing access to a larger part of the community.
